It's a great gift for anyone looking for high fashion accessories.
I looked high and low to find just the right slippers. I like to lay across the sofa and read so I wanted slippers that would keep my feet warm and with a soft sole so they wouldn't hurt the sofa. These are perfect. The only issue I have is they run a bit small, I wear a 9 1/2 W shoe so I ordered a 10, they are still a bit snug but I'm sure they will stretch out some. I don't mind them being snug but others might. They are soft and nicely warm.
